➙ Before we arrive at your place, please review your work order and confirm with the technicians for the same.
➙You should make sure to clear a huge parking spot along with freeing up your entryway and driveway of snow during the winter.
➙ Before we arrive at your place, make sure to remove all the fragile and valuable items from the working space.
➙ Make sure that there is someone who is 18 years old or older present at your house. Else, we won’t be able to enter your house.
➙ During the cleaning process, we utilize tools and equipment which make a loud noise. It may frighten your lovable pets so make sure to keep them in a secure place.
➙ We only clean around the furniture as we do not move it because of liability problems. So if you need a deep clean, then make sure to move the furniture.
Please Note: There will be a delay or effect on your booking schedule if the weather is inclement or the temperature is below 32 degrees.

What must you do before we begin the Window Cleaning?
➜ We expect that you will move all the furniture near the window, remove the curtains from the window and remove other obstructions for the smooth cleaning procedure.
➜ We suggest you move the fragile items away from the windows and also remove any decorations, which are hung on the windows. This task is done before our arrival so that there won’t be any delay in cleaning.
